Arctic Plans

I have been invited among a few selected artists and scientists to participate in The Arctic Circle residency program in June 2016 and I couldn't be more excited for the opportunity. For three weeks the other residents and I will sail together on an ice class barkentine tallship exploring Svalbard, a High Arctic archipelago just ten degrees from the North Pole, observing, creating, and collaborating as we go.

It is roughly two months before I get on a plane headed for Svalbard, Norway... it is exciting and surreal. All of my plans are made and my focus now is on my preparation and fundraising.
